冯仑和潘石屹是什么关系？

冯仑，1959年出生于陕西省西安市，西北大学经济管理学院毕业，是文革后第一届正式大学生。中共中央党校法学硕士、中国社会科学院法学博士学位。

1991年开始领导并参与了万通集团的全过程创建及发展工作。1993年，领导创立了北京万通实业股份有限公司。之后，参与创建了中国民生银行并出任该行的创业董事，未来论坛创始理事。

潘石屹，男，汉族，1963年11月14日出生于甘肃省天水市，著名地产商，SOHO中国的董事长 ，大学毕业后到国家石油部工作，1987年开始在深圳和海南开创房地产生涯。

潘石屹是冯仑老部下，1990年，冯仑、潘石屹、王功权、张民耕等人在海南省合伙成立了海南农业高科技联合开发总公司（万通前身），后来，潘石屹等人选择了离开，接着潘石屹自己创业。1995年夜自己的妻子张欣创办了SOHO中国。
